Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution. This means I never even see your credit card information, instead PayPal just tells me that you have paid and then I ship your item(s). Later I receive your payment through PayPal.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with a credit card without a PayPal account.

How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

The time I need to prepare and process an order varies. Ready to ship items will ship in 1-5 days from purchase, while made to order items can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks to ship. For details, please see individual items.

What if I don't know my ring size?

There are a few easy ways to find out your ring size. The first is to go to your local jeweler and get your finger sized there. Another way is to purchase .20 cent ring sizers from my store. Once you have puchased a ring from my store, I will send the ring sizers to you. Then you can size your finger and message me with your ring size. I will then make your ring to size and send it to you.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

I always guarantee sizing. If for some reason your ring does not fit when you receive it you can send it back and I will size it free of charge.

How do you package your items?

All of my pieces come nicely wrapped in a small box with a riboon and are neatly enclosed in a chiffon bag, ready for gifting.

Where does Theresa Pytell source her materials?

My love for nature extends to where I source my jewelry. I purchase sheet and wire metals from a recycled metals program. This facility is almost 100% solar powered! These metals are SCS 100% recycled metals certified and are made in the USA.

I also sources some of my metals from people who want to recycle their old jewelry. I take their old pieces, remove and save the gemstones, and melt these pieces down into bars of sterling silver, 14k or 18k white, yellow, or rose gold. This is another eco-friendly way I make jewelry.

As for gemtones, I offer lab-grown diamonds and Charles & Colvard moissanites. Also I mentioned above, I also source some of my gemstones from old jewelry pieces.

Can my own personal gemstones be used in a Theresa Pytell Jewelry design?

Yes, of course! Customers send me their gemstones to set in one of my designs all the time!
