The month of November is often called the month of the pleiades because it's when this constellation, also known as the Seven Sisters, is most visible. When looking at this constellation in a dark Colorado country sky all seven stars are visible, however other times during the year only 6 stars are visible. After spending almost all of my youth and adult life outside rafting, climbing, and backpacking, it was easy to find inspiration for this necklace. I hope this pendant allows the owner to carry the beauty of the stars with them wherever they go.

What makes this necklace so special? The handmade chain!

For this necklace, I started with a solid bar of 100% recycled sterling silver. I rolled the bar into a long thin wire and then drew it through a plate until it was the size I needed. Next I soldered the wire into circles, then twisted these to handmade links. A very lengthy process, but the result is well worth it.

The center of the chain is a recycled sterling silver diamond coin pendant which contains six conflict free recycled diamonds. The diamonds vary from 1.5mm-2mm.

At the back of the necklace I attached a lobster clasp and five extra jump rings so the necklace can be shortened or lengthened.

A great accessory for almost any outfit. Dress it up or dress it down, it will be happy going out on the town with you, or just for coffee, and sure to be a conversation piece.

Available with a 16 or 18 inch chain, please specify at checkout. If you would like any sort of variation please feel free to message me and I will create a special listing for you!
